Apps not working

All of a sudden today apps not working I have rebooted I have tried app refresh both unsuccessful I have tried the wps button on router and still not able to get them 

it says I'm connected successfully to my internet broadband which is also sky it was working fine last night but this morning I turned on tv and nothing working everything just says problem with satellite signal or to use service need satellite signal 

 

please help

Hi @laurag33 

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
