I have a subscription to the tennis, I cannot longer watch live tennis on the red button - FIX ASAP

I have a subscription to the tennis, I cannot longer watch live tennis on the red button, up to the Montreal-Toronto masters, I was able to press the red button, choose any live court and watch it LIVE, now it tells me my subscription is not enough? please fix.

I can see you upgraded the red button sky sports API, however, i can no longer access the service I'm paying for.

@-+Richard+-  If you have a single pack sport subscription you need to upgrade to the complete sky sports pack to continue receiving full coverage

I believe you should have received an email to this effect although I am not sure when &, of course, you may not have realised exactly what it meant until  they switched to the app.

Only customers with the complete Sky Sports pack will get access to Sky Sports+ at no extra cost. Anybody with individual sports packs will need to upgrade.
