Netflix, prime & Disney+ apps are not working on my sky. They haven't been for the past 2 days! All payments are up to date so why can't I watch them through my sky anymore?

First, try repowering your Sky Q box, by leaving off power for a few minutes.
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).

Sky running very slow. Cannot access channels and apps. There is also a red light permanently on the sky a box

Follow these steps and you apps will be working just did mine took 15 minutes and all working fine
