Apps not workin on a sky q mini box

just says currently not available but workin in another mini box an works fine on main box

Is the internet connection on that mini (for downloading) working?

Internet says its comnect but cant get anything to worked troed reconnecting it/resettin it all just come up the same

Try a Refresh Apps in the installer menu.

Tried that too. Looks like its a internet connection but tried resettin it an reconnecting to main box few times but no luck just keeps comin up same thing. Is workin on every other box juat not this one

And you can download an on-demand movie ok on that box?

On demand not workin either can only get tv guide an recordings

Weird. Have you done a full "reset all settings" on the mini and set the network / Q connection up again from scratch?

Yes tried that to but still seems same thing
