Apps screen tells me no internet. I have good connection. I have reset WiFi, refreshed sky, refreshed all apps, still it tells me no internet on the Apps screen. Getting normal programmes. Apple box gets Netflix, so problem seems to be with q box. Can anyone help or is the box broken?

I've done all as suggested - my default and very successful first fix for electrics & WiFi is to turn things off and on again! I've had the q box for 3 months, no problems up to now. I've a different internet provider, the router is ok (again, I turned it off then back on). Checked the card is in properly.
Still a conflict - settings tells me WiFi is good, apps tell me it looks like I'm not connected.
