Apps not available on qbox

Apps screen tells me no internet. I have good connection. I have reset WiFi, refreshed sky, refreshed all apps, still it tells me no internet on the Apps screen. Getting normal programmes. Apple box gets Netflix, so problem seems to be with q box. Can anyone help or is the box broken?

I've done all as suggested - my default and very successful first fix for electrics & WiFi is to turn things off and on again! I've had the q box for 3 months, no problems up to now. I've a different internet provider, the router is ok (again, I turned it off then back on). Checked the card is in properly.  
Still a conflict - settings tells me WiFi is good, apps tell me it looks like I'm not connected.

Is this a new Sky Q box?

Is this happening on your main Sky Q box or a Sky Q mini?

Has your wifi worked on this Sky Q box before.

 

Who is your internet provider and if Sky, do you have or have you changed recently to a Sky Max hub?

hi @Wexford2 

 

Please may I suggest you first restart  your router (even though it may be working for other devices)

 

The next thing is to restart your main SKY Q box :

Use the remote to place it into standby mode
Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)
Wait at least 30s
Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.

Once the main box is restarted do the same power down on any mini boxes.
