Apps missing

All my apps are missing from Sky Q and I have done everything that has been recommended on here. Turned it off and rebooted and gone in on engineers code to refresh and nothing! I pay £180 a month and now can't access Netflix, YouTube, Prime, Disney + anything!!

Hi @Frosty14   What software version are you on. Have they ever worked?

Yes they have always worked. Had a tripped switch today so everything went off and restarted and they've gone. I have just updated my software, turned the box off at the mains and then redone the engineers reset but still nothing
