Apps going blank

When watching something on any of the apps, netflix, discover, Disney etc... at random the screen will gp black and freeze. Then have to restart the sky q box. Might last a day before it starts all over again. Tried resetting apps. Made sure software/hardware up to date..tried resetting box, router and switching off for 2 minutes at the wall.. run out of ideas.
