Apps currently unavailable

I currently can't access my apps like Netflix paramount  prime etc any ideas

I'm tried watching a

on a Samsung to through mini box and also on a TCL to through mini box. I've unplugged the main sky box for 30 secs and plugged back in I did the same with the tcl to still no joy. I can watch YouTube but not Netflix paramount plus and Prime...the screen reads .....well I can't believe it they are now working wellPrime has just fired up
