Apps crash, no internet connection?
Hey, for the last few evenings (could be happening in the day but I've not noticed as don't have the tv on) I'll be watching a programme on tv via an app, for example Disney+, and the programme will freeze, then a warning will come up saying there is no internet connection, via the tv guide menu the 'home page' doesn't load, our mobiles loose WiFi too. After a few minutes the connection comes back. This happens repeatedly through the evening. It's hugely annoying! All lights are green on the router. Also, the service checker claims no issues with the broadband/wifi and speed, when there is the no connection warning on the tv. Any ideas anyone?

Hi @Sip1 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?
