Mine is the same 11/1/24 had to google to find this temp fix. Been like this since before Christmas. Not good enough a fix hasn't been found.

Mine started working again last week. Tried it today and it's still fine.

I have same issue can get to Apple TV+ from home page show option but not from App page option. 
Can someone from Sky respond to these issues and explain what version of software has a fix for this problem as I've upgraded the software which didn't fix the issue at this time.

as stated by others it's very annoying when paying for something that dosn't work.

I'm going to try this... fingers crossed it works. 
Thought I was the only one experiencing this with Apple TV+ on Sky! 
Thank you for sharing this sneaky get around, although we ought not to need one considering we pay for the subscription.

We are having the same issue.  Workaround not working. Signed in and out. Checked subscription on apple all working, but can't watch via sky q.   

Don't understand why no one from Sky responding to this.

My app won't work even with the work around suggested. Keeps telling me I am unable to play and Try again later. It was working 2 days  ago but not anymore. All other apps are working fine and it is working on my phone so account is ok. I am paying for this and cannot watch. From threads on this community it seems to be a common problem and a Sky issue

I am having the same issue with Apple TV + on Sky Q.   I cannot stream anything since the  weekend, it shows a black screen.  I contacted Apple support and went through everything, there is nothing wrong with the Apple account as I can watch it on my phone.  I also refreshed the apps on Sky box, all the other apps are working without issue.  This seems a Sky issue and not sure how to resolve as Sky say everything is ok their end.

Have you actually tried upgrading the SkyQ box software? Not the apps. It wirked for me and others I have spoken to.

I STILL can't get the app to work properly through sky. I have tried updating the software on both the tv and the skybox, tried going through a programme on the Home Screen, tried turning it all off and on again.... a programme will play for approx 5 mins then throw me back to the main apple screen. So frustrating! It's not the internet or bandwidth because I can watch fine through the house WIFi on my phone and iPad. We're on the free trial, have managed to watch some things and would subscribe if it worked, but it doesnt. Sky Please, if you have a proper fix then share the secret?!?!?! Hello, Sky? anyone there??
