App’s Going to Black Screen

For a while now I've experiencing an issue when watching Disney+ - in the middle of a programme the screen goes black. The only way to resolve this is to turn the box of and on again.

i've seen other users posting about the same issue.

Unfortunately the same issue is now occurring with other app's - most recently with iPlayer and Apple+

Is this happening on Sky Q, Glass or Stream ?

I have exactly same problem. It effects Netflix iplayer Disney+. Paramount+ and prime.   If I use these apps thru tv I have no problem    Intermitten blak screen, can't find any rhyme or reason

Yes - it's annoying, isn't it,? 
it's a known problem that's been occurring for a long time, without any solution 🤨

It was only a known problem on Disney+

It hasn't been a common issue on other apps.

 

I haven't seen the latest on that Disney thread, whether they've found a solution. And it doesn't affect everyone for some reason.
