Hi all.
I moved into a brand new apartment block and have had random issues with Sky Q.
It will randomly drop signal when turning channel, like from Sky Sports UHD to ITV.
Or ITV to Dave. Or when watching something off the planner. It's very hard to replicate.
When it goes to Unlocked - Rebooting the box fixes the issue.
Im wondering if there's something in the comms rooms that's affecting it?
Box signal when locked
Signal strength - 70
Signal quality - 90
LNB - SCR
Anyone any ideas what to ask the maintenance team here please.
