Is or has anyone experienced such long delays in receiving equipment? I contacted Sky to upgrade my Q box 4 weeks ago and I have still not received the new equipment. I have tried to ring Sky to ask for their advices but can never get through or your waiting forever and a day for someone to answer the phone.
Is there any other way I can contact them and get some answers??????

Yes, I have. I've managed to get through to sky so cross fingers they can resolve it
