How can I stop the message coming up at the bottom of my tv screen every time I change to BBC 1 or BBC 2 telling me I'm' on the channel and to press to watch from the start? It's SO annoying! TIA

The link that @Daniel0210 highlights that you are not alone in finding it annoying even if it is easy to dismiss.
Unfortunately SKY have not (to date at least) taken up the suggestion to give customers an option to switch it off. SKY are not very keen in providing any User configurable options.

Re: Annoying screen message
You can't stop it appearing. Just press the dismiss button and it'll disappear.

Thanks for replying. I do that but just wish there was a way to stop it happening without doing that. Even more annoying when it covers the ball in play during Wimbledon matches
