Amazon video app not working
Is anyone having trouble loading the amazon video app? It stopped working at around 9pm last night and now won't load up at all @amazon

Try a reboot of your Sky q box.
- Press Standby on your Sky Q remote, then switch off or unplug at the mains and wait for the lights on your Sky Q box to turn off.
- Plug in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
- Wait for the on-screen instructions to disappear then press Home on your Sky Q remote.
Also, try refreshing the apps;
- Press Home on your Sky Q remote, then highlight Settings
- Press 0,0,1 and Select to access the Installer menu
- Select Apps then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
- Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.
The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.

Why the hell have i got to unplug,reboot a bloody sky box when im paying over a hundred pounds a month,plus the bloody prime of seventeen quid a month and i cant watch what i want! Can't wait to get rid of SKY!!!

Prime hasnyworked on my Sky Q box for months. I have tried everything I have read to try and resolve this issue. I have restarted the box, refreshed the app, logged out and in again so many times and all I ever get is "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later."
Is there actually a resolution that works ?

Actually a resolution? Hard to say with such a pathetic generic error message from the Amazon app. There's not really a lot you can change. DNS servers perhaps?
