Always crashing
My sky Q crashes saying waiting for program to load then a technical fault message comes up. I then have hard reboot my ' puck' every time.😠😠😠

@gingerlottie25 do you have Sky Q or Sky stream as you mention a puck and pucks come with Sky stream not Sky Q
