I have returned my old sky tv box a month ago, send it with return box at the post office.

I also have this issue. Sky eqiupment was returned over a month ago and am still getting emails/texts threatening non return charge. I have pictures of equipment returned and postage receipt. I printed a packaging return on the website and posted the items and a few days later, I received a text that a prepaid packaging was being sent to me but I had left the country by then. I keep getting these texts/emails. What Sky email address can I use to send my evidence as I am unable to make calls to the UK from my current location.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
