Can I suggest you try a ower down restart of your SKY Q box:
Use the remote to place it into standby mode
Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)
Wait at least 30s
Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.
Once the main box is restarted do the same power down onany mini boxes if needed

Normally if you don't have HD subscription it's the SD channels that appear first in the TV Guide and Most HD entertainment channels are in the 800 numbers.
Sometimes this can occasionally flip. Check in the guide in the 800's and see if you find the SD channels.
You could also try rebooting your Q box.
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.
