Which film is it? And is it on demand or recorded from one of the channels? I haven't noticed any ads within films, or seen any other reports of this.

Can you point me in the direction of the film on Sky Cinema? How exactly did you find it. The only one I can find is the one on Film4, which has adverts about 20 minutes in.
Edit: have a look at the end of an advert break, my says Channel 4 Film, sponsored by Hyundai.
