Adding Netflix to Sky Q

I currently have Sky Signature on Sky Q. I'm considering adding Netflix. I see mentions of the 'Ultimate' package but can't see how or if I can change to this and the extra cost. Netflix basic is currently £4.99 per month. My Sky contract is due to expire at the end of March 2024 so not sure if I should try to negotiate a new deal now to include Netflix. Any help or advice greatly appreciated.
