Activation server error

My sky Q box wont connect to activation server. I have tried to reset. WiFi is working in the house as other devices are commented. Been happening over 24 hours now.

I am also having the same problem in the DT4 and cannot get any information about whether this is a local issue

With Sky Q, it's never a local issue. It's either everyone or just you.


With broadband issues, those can be local.


This big outage on Thursday night seems to have left some boxes with various problems.

 

Try turning it off at the wall for a couple of minutes as per the recommendation from Sky in the megathread.

Have you tried doing a network reset on the Q?
