Activating Discovery+ for free

I had an email from Sky saying I can add Discovery+ and TBT sports for free. Rang help line & they said Discovery+ app can be founder under 'MySky' feature on the TV. When I did this & scrolled across, Discovery+ DID NOT appear. Disney+ and Paramount+ did appear however.

How can I solve this
