Minibox no longer working and something rattling inside it

I have had problems with losing connectivity intermittently to one of my miniboxes  over past 3 weeks, Ee signal fine and sky q mainbox fine downstairs. 

i had tried resetting the mini box followed by the sky q box as advised in setings, i have switched my mini box to a different room and still not working so not a cabling fault

there is rattling noise inside said minibox so i suspect something is broken
