Hi there. I just added Netflix to my Sky TV package however there is no option for me to sign up as a new customer to activate Netflix

Hi
i have the same issue. When I get to Netflix I only have the option to join or sign in, not activate. Had long calls with Netflix and Sky, but neither have been able to sort it out (yet). This has including doing:
- reset apps on hidden menu
- numerous power off cycles
- leaving it overnight
- unlinking old Netflix acc from family
Any suggestions welcome please!!

@DavePoole have a look at the link below if you have not already tried that. When I got Netflix through Sky I received an activasion e-mail

Hi guys,
Until the recent Netflix account sharing purge, my Dad has been using my account. But now he's signed out... he has Netflix on his Sky account but the initial activation emails would have been long since deleted - anyway of still sorting out his own account?

Yeah, he's on it now. Afaik, he just got in through the Netflix app on his Sky Q box... I don't think he even needed to provide any credentials? It's still showing on his Sky account, I've just logged into it.
What issue are you seeing?

Did any of you guys have a message appear advising that you already have netflix as part of your sky package? I've been on the phone multiple times with sky and still not got this sorted. I've changed meials, etc.

Don't recal hearing anything from my Dad on the subject... will have to check.
If you need Sky Support though, try going through their WhatsApp chat. I've used it twice now and they've been excellent. You can start it off through automated phone support 😉
