Exactly what are you doing when you get this message @PJ+Lister

To Go to Accessibility you need to go to the Home menu

Home - Settings - Accessibility

hi @PJ+Lister

we beleive the following may help

Press & hold the 4 & 6 together until the red led above the SKY logo buttn flashes

this sets the remote to use Infrared only so now make sure you point the remote at the box  to dismiss the message.

Once you pass that Press & hold 1 & 3 together to re-pair back in bluetooth mode

If that doesn't work,  may I suggest you try a  full reset of your remote:

Press & Hold the 7 & 9 until the remote's light (red LED above the SKY logo button) flashes 4 times

Again see if you can dismiss the message, making sure you point the remote at the box

Then press 1 & 3 together to go through to re-pair with the box and your TV - make sure it has line of sight of the box as until it is paired it uses Infrared
