Accessibility on Sky Q prompt

Trying to use my mini box, but my remote isn't working. I can hear it but there a a blue screen where I have to option to select settings orSkip & set up later, but can't select either as remote not working so stuck on this screen

If it's the screen I think you mean then…

Sky have suggested the following...

  • Unpair their Sky Q remote from the box by holding 4&6
  • Wait for the remote to flash
  • Then dismiss the information screen "Skip & set up later"
  • Hold 1&3 to repair the remote control

If 4&6 does not allow you to clear the information screen, try holding 7&9 to reset the Sky Q remote then hold 1&3 and follow the on-screen setup journey to allow the remote to control the TV.
