From the Sky Q Home screen scroll down the left hand menu and choose My Sky > Sky Shop and scroll down to Sky Marketplace.
Select the Paramount+ tile and then choose the subscription you want.
Marketplace payments are taking monthly from a card you will need to supply and are not added to your bill. You can repeat this process anytime to make a change.
