5 weeks for an engineer

No satallite signal

 

will take until 22 aug to send an engineer lol

 

Cancelled sky full stop

 

15 years of paying over £100 a month. Loyalty means little these days 


live in the city and all.

The number of Sky engineers has reduced since the announcement last year of job cuts. Unfortunately you were trying to arrange one at the beginning of the summer holidays where a lot of engineers will also want a break. You could have arranged a local satellite engineer to come out which would probably have been quicker but would have been at your own expense.

With the future of Sky Q and satellite television in general not lasting past another 5 or so years it wouldn't put food on the table indefinitely.
