You have to wait until an image has been approved before you can see it and hopefully you now can.

I sent a pic of how I solved my issue . Can't of let me send it . Try disabling ad blocker on your internet router (Eero device) . We restricted ad blocker to specific profiles excluding sky glass. I got help my another sky user having same problem . Mine now works fine by doing this . Hope this helps

It can't be a case of disabling ad blocker on the router, as the 5 app on my smart TV works without any problems on the same network.

 

I wouldnt want to disable ad-blocking anyway

Yes I understand that . It was the only way we could get it to work on sky glass . My 5 worked on everything else okay . So we just disabled it on sky glass only

I'm reluctant to disable the adblocker, as on the nero to specify adblocking on/off on a profile requires adblocking to be disabled on the entire network.

I would have to create a 2nd profile with adblocking enabled and add every device to this.

This is also a problem for new devices added to the nero, as they all would then have adblocking disabled by default

 

I think I'll stick to watching 5 on my smart tv

I can confirm disabling ad-blocker on the router works.

As mentioned earlier, I'm reluctant to do this.

 

I've informed 5 directly about it, so hopefully they can get an app update out soon ro rectify it.

 

Would be interested to hear for the others who get this problem what router they are using

Appears to be same error code for the New sky puks too!
