left Sky back in Jan and called to rejoin on 23/10. Put TV & BB order through. BB went through fine, called today and was advised my order for TV never went through and was showing as ghost! Re did the order today (spent over 1 hour on the phone) and had to pay £50 for mini box installation (though this was waived on 23/10) - still got no emails & not showing in orders. Called back this evening (on phone nearly 1 hour) and redid order again; but didnt add mini box as not paying £50 again & sadly order did not process. That 3 orders that have gone 'ghost' ... anyone have this happen before and was it resolved? As i move into my new property on 27th and now won't have TV service
