2nd sky q mini box

Hiya,

 

I cancelled my multiroom subscription a little while back but I have added it again but I still haven't sent my old mini box back yet but would like too use both can it be added to my account please?

@AMitchell88 how long ago did you cancel your subscription and when did you take it out again be aware that this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other

@AMitchell88 ahh right I will escalate this to Sky for you as I think you need to speak to them as normally you would be required to return your mini box as these are only loaned to you and if you take out the multiroom subscription again you would be expected to request a new box. 

As it is only 1 month or so you may be able to keep your original mini and have it added back on to your account

 

I have escalated this to sky

You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
