2nd Tv wont load Netflix

With my main Tv and a 2nd Tv normally on pressing Netflix button it loads automatically  however last night 2nd Tv asked for a email/password and when I supplied same it wants to set me up with new account and wants payment. Contacted Sky ( 2hrs on phone ) and after unsubscribing and re subscribing, switching internet off etc etc nothing works. Still works fine on main Tv but same request on 2nd one. Also contacted Netflix ( useless )........ anyone any ideas

Are you sure someone hasn't hijacked your account and changed the main email address?

I don't see how this is a Sky Q issue if it's working on your main tv via the Sky Q app, but not on the 2nd to via the native Netflix app. Must be an issue with your Netflix account

Re: 2nd Tv wont load Netflix

Hi all and thanks for your help. I phoned Netflix again, this time got someone who seemed to understand the issue. Stated my email they had ended different than the correct one so may have been hacked. Re set my account using another email and a strong password and both televisions now working albeit the one in the bedroom that wouldnt log on had to be activated by putting in my email/ password using the REMOTE and not the QR Code as it failed to work. Fingers crossed it stays working and this may hep others experiencing  the same issue. Thanks all !
