Moving existing Netflix account to Sky

Hi,

 

I logged into Netflix on Sky using my existing Netflix details months ago. I expected that this will then notify Netflix and they will cease billing and that my profiles will transfer over. I noticed in my bank statement that Netflix have continued to bill me.

 

What do I need to do? I dont want to lose my netflix profile nor do I want to be billed for a service that I get through Sky

You need to activate Netflix on your Sky Q box.
