I installed my video doorbell on Friday 19 January. It was totally dead by Monday 23 January. I am trying to charge it but there is no light indicating it is even beginning to charge. Does it need to be plugged in for a few hours before the light even appears?

But after say half hour of charge, remove ffrom charge and turn the doorbell rear on/off switch under the flap where the usb connector is.
Count to about 10 while off before switching back on.
Then place back on charge straight away and it should show the charging lights, while charging.
For a full charge, charge via the chime overnight or for at least 6-8 hours.

Thanks for your help. I did what you suggested and it's now flashing. I'm new to this technology and will no doubt be back on this forum!
