My doorbell went off then I got a tamper notification twice but there was nothing to view! This should not be right!

Can you provide an explanation?

The same happened to me and there wasn't any video with it & it also said my doorbell was pushed. Someone please help us out

@PGJB @RoseK14 Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.


You may be better using the Sky protect app and contacting Sky through either the email address or phone number that they advertise under support
