Dear Sky Protect Complaint Resolution Team,
I am reaching out with a deep sense of frustration and disappointment regarding the handling of my insurance claim, under policy number Z7S0000427. As a resident of the UK, I have been diligently fulfilling my financial obligations towards Sky Protect since 28th September 2023, with the expectation of reliable service in return.
Despite adhering to all required procedures, including blacklisting my phone as instructed and providing necessary documentation to both my network provider and Sky Protect, my claim remains unresolved. This situation is particularly distressing considering the regular monthly payments I have been making, expecting in return prompt and effective service in times of need.
The numerous attempts to contact your team, exceeding 15 phone calls, have yielded nothing but vague assurances and no tangible progress. This lack of clear communication and action is not only disheartening but also unacceptable for a paying customer. The ongoing uncertainty regarding the status of my insurance policy and claim is exacerbating my concerns.
Therefore, I demand an immediate review of my case. I expect a comprehensive explanation for the delays and a clear update on the status of my claim. It is imperative that Sky Protect honors its commitment to its customers, especially those who have been consistently meeting their financial responsibilities.
I trust that this matter will be addressed with the seriousness and urgency it deserves. I await a prompt and satisfactory resolution.

You will need to perservere in contacting Sky through the e-mail or phone number that is available on the Sky protect app
