Sky video doorbell

I just received my new sky video doorbell. I tried to pair the chime to the doorbell for 5 hours and I'm losing my mind. Nobody from sky can help me.

@Tata+Marvi whats happening when you follow the instruction to pair the doorbell with the chime

You need to connect the chime with the Ethernet cable to your router, the chime will show a blue light when connected.

Only then can you pair the video doorbell to the chime.

 

In the Sky Protect app, follow the setup instructions in the app or to troubleshoot in the Sky Protect app, enter Doorbell setup, watch the video and follow the instructions, if you need to reset the doorbell.
