I'm getting notifications that a motion has been detected new my house. When I click on the notification, it's not returning any video footage on the app. It was working fine before I had to charge the doorbell.

This is happening to me, every time we charge the doorbell we have to delete and reinstall the app because nothing works otherwise. Have you found a resolution?

This maybe something related to your Android/Apple device.
First make sure, the Sky Protect app is up to date and that notifications are turned on.
Would though suggest reporting to the Sky Protect team;
Within the app, select the ?
Click on the blue support button
Select Get in touch
The email address and a support phone number are there.
