Sky Protect secondary user not listed

I recently moved over the Sky Protect and was a bit apprehensive given the many issues people have reported here, but all has been going fine until today.

 

I few days ago I added a secondary user to my account. This user was activated and I could see them in my app and they were working fine.

 

Fast forward to today and they are no longer listed in my Sky Protect app. They still have access as before and can still see everything. If I try to re-add them, it fails due to the email address already being I use.

 

Anyone seems anything like this before. It's a bit of a security breach.
