Sky Protect motion sensor not connecting

I am unable to add either the Motion Sensor or Contact Sensor to my Sky Protect.

I have set up the doorbell and camera and both are working. I have plugged the Sensor Bridge into the camera and it has a solid blue light.

When I try to add either sensor they flash red but then do not connect to the Bridge.

I get the same with all sensors.

Any ideas what I can do?

Thanks, Andrew

Got my pack yesterday and was having same issue, then maged to get a door sensor working, but that was it,tried all the unplugging of the sensor bridge, then the indoor camera unjooned itself and had to rejoin it,then my wifi went down and since then i the sensor bridge isnt even showing as joined,to be honest im thinking of sending back, looking at my insurance quote its actually £200p/yr dearer for having this rubbish tech.funny i thought it was free, works out £250 free tech is costing me £400 over next 2 years.

Re: Sky Protect motion sensor not connecting

I complained and found out its the sensor bridges  some are faulty, new one sent out and all fixed.still dont rate the equipment, especially the doorcam, takes that long to connect that people have left before it get contacted, and the leak sensors constantly have high humidity alarm issue's.

Re: Sky Protect motion sensor not connecting

My sensors are either 10-15 mins delayed or show open when closed and vice versa. When I first got the product it was class, now it's garbage

@Norbsey you could try removing the sensors from the app then adding them again to see if that helps

Re: Sky Protect motion sensor not connecting

All the equipment is a bunch of junk. By the time its loaded, it's been about 10 minutes and you can watch yourself being robbed on a recorded video. According to the advert it's all worth over £250 yet I've got a new doorbell for £30 off amazon. You can get indoor cameras for about £20 and you can get 4 leak sensors from B&Q for £25. Full set up for £75 and they're all miles better than this crap.

Also, had my kit since early summer last year.

Not had any issues with my chime/doorbell, indoor camera, the sensor bridge with two door sensors, motion sensor and three leak sensors.

They have all recorded, alerted and sent notifications on that time accuractly and all works fine with app at home and away from home in that set mode.

Recording from the doorbell is accurate and regularly records daily.

The battery on the doorbell with my regular recording lasts a month after a recharge.
