Several issues with equipment

Having lots of issues with my sky protect equipment doorbell lasts 2 weeks and needs charging again and when bell pushed don't ring on the chime only sends notifications to my phone also put leak sensors one in bathroom (At back of flat) one in sink cupboard and one behind washing machine but one in sink has weak signal rest are fine indoor camera and motion sensor and contact sensors seems to work fine is anyone else got the same issue?

The doorbell does need a long charge, it's recommended to leave it charging overnight, so about 8-10 hours.

I've had mine since early July and with regular doorbell recording daily it lasts about 30 days.

Ive found if a sensor drops off, (had that happen acuple of times for one sensor  since I have had the kit), just rub it underneath and it thinks it's damp and connects again. On the app you will need to acknowledge an ignore the warning.

My furthest sensor is 30 feet from the indoor camera in a bathroom on the fooor behind a closed door with another in a utility 20 or so feet away and one under kitchen sink in a cupboard 15 feet away.
