My sky protect camera is not working I have tried reseting it but it does not work

Email Sky Protect and raise this as a fault, I eventually got a new camera which is working. When and if you get a new camera delete the chime and start from there.

I totally agree at least 30% never working and now solid yellow. Can't tell u how many times contacted Sky
