Access Denied for the Sky Protect App
You do not have permission to access the app. Error coming up every time i try to access the Sky Protect App. I have reinstalled it and still get the same issue. Ths is not ideal as it;s the only way to monitor the security devices.

You will have to report this probem with your account to the Sky protect team.
You will find the phone number to call by clicking on the 'I need help' button at the bottom of this Sky help article;

Are you using a VPN? If so, disconnect VPN and try again. It worked for me after phoning tech support
