Hi there recently lost my mobile phone a have sky protect a keep getting sent that a have sent the wrong information to sky. They have asked for proof of usage a have sent this this a have sent them all the calls etc since the sim card was made active. Am now 1 month down the line very frustrated and still without a mobile device

"The proof of usage is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to ask for that, not proof of usage as in the bills."
So look for your credit agreement in your message centre:

Find out moreYou are not looking for an email as you are oooking for the credit agreement that you signed so if you ordered the phone via Sky then have a look in your message centre. If the phone was from another network then you would need to ask them about where you would find this nformation.
