Issue with Sky Protect

Hi All, 

 

Sky Protect in my flat for a couple of months now it all worked fine for a couple of days but gradually overtime Things I've stopped working. I have to constantly reinstall the app Or reinstall the device itself. For example, my leak sensors don't have any signal strength whatsoever in a ground floor flat to the point where I now use them just to measure the temperature and humidity. The sensors sometimes go off-line so I have to reinstall them at least once a week. And in the last 24 hours, my doorbell has stopped showing footage, It keeps asking me to reboot device via the app. Which I do, but it doesn't work. I've once again tried to The chime and then sync the doorbell, but that is not working. Today I have tried to speak to somebody from sky but they were as useful as a wet paper bag. It's getting to the point now where I might just cancel it all down and try and go with someone else. I don't want to do this because my phone and my TV are through sky and I'd like it all under one company. I don't know what else to do

In the Sky Protect app there is a dedicated live help chat which can help diagnose the issue. You can find it by using the support button at the bottom of the "Help & Support" section within the app and then using the "Send us a message".

 

I hope it will get resolved soon!

I have exactly the same problem. Installed all the kit yesterday, today everything is offline except the indoor camera (which won't connect). Absolute garbage.
