Nothing connects

Hi

Received my Sky Protect Box (10/10 for packagin by the way!).  Simply put, nothing connects.

I connect Chime direct to my Router (Sky Fibre).  That connects.

Doorbell according to the Sky Protect App says connected, great stuff but the "Live Feed" option constantly sticks at 50% and simply doesnt connect to the device.  Numerous reboots, reconnections etc attempted (inc Firmware checks).

The Indoor camera even worse.  Multiple attempts to connect and when it did, it never loaded/connected from the App and the Firmware update screen was simply stuck and making no progress.

Checked my router which has Synchronise 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Settings ticked.  But surely i dont have to start fiddling with that to get this setup?  Nor do i want to fiddle with it to be honest.  Surely the kit shoudl work out of the box?

Help!

For the indoor camera, remove the power from it for a good ten minutes air longer and once power is back in and the amber light is flashing retry the setup again.

For the doorbell, make sure the chime is within close a range to to the doorbell as possible.

If it's on the limit, it will not connect well.

Re: Nothing connects

Thanks for the reply.  That sort of worked.  I left the camera overnight and ta daaaa, it connected this afternoon but it simply didnt connect with the App.  The Firmware screen was seemingly stuck on the front page of the App for a good 60minutes.  Have unplugged everything with a tenuous intention to start again.

I have used smart cams in the past so the setup is familiar to me so no idea why this isn't working as i'd expect.
