Indoor camera is black and white

Well of course it is. On the outside. But whilst my Video doorbell is in colour the indoor camera is returning pictures in black and white.

Why please?!

It is probably stuck in night-time mode. Is it in a dark room? Have you tried turning on more lights?

I managed to fix it with a factory reset and install.
