Indoor Camera not working after power cut - Reset and re-install attempted

Hi all, 

 

hoping someone can assist. Our indoor camera stopped working after a power cut. ( oddly so did one of our alexa echos). 

 

we have tried multiple times to reinstall but it constantly comes up with the error it cant connect. The actual router is in the same room as well. 

Its been a couple of months since it last worked, is it worth just asking Sky for a new camera?We have deleted it off the app etc and tried to install as a new device but no luck 😐

Sounds like it may have some glitch, caused form your power cut.

 

Use the support email in the app to ask for a replacement indoor camera.
