Faulty door bell

Our door bell seems to be faulty. We charge it up all night and the batter drops 20% as soon as we turn it back on and reconnect. It needs charging several times a week and often just randomly disconnects where we have to manually reset and reconnect it to the chime. How can I get a replacement?

If you have not tried, turn the doorbell off using the switch at the back and keep off for ten mins or more.

Then switch back on and recharge for a good 6-8 hours or overnight and see if that helps.
